Say bonjour to your summertime white! Picpoul de Pinet is considered the "Muscadet of the South" and marries perfectly with oysters, shellfish and grilled seafood. Picpoul means "ip stinger" which refers to the high acidity of its must. This wine is crisp and bright, with subtle floral and mineral notes on the nose. Bracing acidity backs up a wine with surprising breed for this price point. The Domaine is run by the Pages family since the beginning of the 20th century.
