Tio Pepe is a pale golden yellow color with a unique nose of elegant toasted almonds and yeast aromas. On the palate, it is bone dry with flavors of almonds and a slight saltiness on the finish. Surprisingly fresh after 4 years of ageing. Serve very chilled. Perfect as an aperitif with olives, almonds and Spanish jamon however also ideal for dishes such as seafood and fish.
Specific vintages may not be available. If a chosen vintage is no longer available, a comparable vintage of the same wine may be substituted. Always check the bottle(s) for vintage if shopping in a store.
